A more individual and in depth to your needs coaching experience. Regular coaching calls, monitoring, advanced programming and more direct feedback and guidance.

  • Coaching calls every 3-weeks to check-In with your coach to seek direct feedback on your training progress and to adjust your plan where needed.

  • Weekly refinements based on your schedule and available hours of training. Review of all training sessions, feedback, and adjustments.

    Weekly training feedback, review and progress monitoring, more individual feedback, and guidance.

  • More advanced customization of workouts based on individual needs and wants.

    Factors in Rehab and Specific Corrective exercise work. Receive Regular Progress Monitoring and Guidance.

A fully 1:1 coaching experience. Highly customized and tailored to your daily needs. Unlimited support, communication and feedback

Who is it for?

  • For very serious and passionate amateur athletes or those with very challenging work and life schedules.

  • Unlimited support and interactions with you coach and modifications and interactions with assistance in all aspects from training, race planning, fuelling and nutrition and all other aspects of performance.

    Note: This service is very restrictive and limited in capacity.

  • Adjustments to training plan that factors in fatigue level, travel, injury, work or family commitments and overall lifestyle stressors and limiters. High level 1:1 coaching

  • Help and guidance on daily nutrition, fuelling and hydration to help with race weight and general health.

  • Regular coaching calls, unlimted support. You have your coach at your fingertips and get full accountability along your journey
