Is Online Training Right for Everyone?

Online training suits many people but not everyone. It’s ideal for those starting out who want to improve fitness, lose weight, or take their performance to the next level. I work best with busy professionals, entrepreneurs, recreational athletes, and those exploring a plant-based lifestyle.

Online training is designed for individuals ready to make lasting changes, value their time, and seek sustainable health and fitness solutions. However, if you’re already highly motivated, consistently active, and confident in maintaining your fitness independently, online training may not be the best fit.

How Do I Receive My Training Plans?

Your training plans are provided through TrainingPeaks and my personal Mobile Fitness App, giving you easy access to your weekly workouts. The platform allows your coach to monitor your progress while keeping your program private—only you can view it.

Plans are delivered every two weeks and are tailored to fit your life and work schedule.

Is Your Service Limited to English Speakers?

Training plans, assessments, and educational materials are provided in English, so a solid understanding of the language is required. However, direct communication can be in either English or German, as I am fluent in both.

How Does Communication Between Client and Trainer Work?

Communication typically happens through the Fitness App, email, text messages, and regular check-in calls. The frequency of communication varies depending on each client’s needs.

You’ll also complete regular self-assessments to provide feedback and reflect on your training week. This feedback helps your coach tailor your future workouts effectively.

Can I Expect Quick Results, and How Much Time Do I Need to dedicate to Training?

Results take effort and commitment from both sides—it doesn’t happen overnight. To see meaningful progress, you need to commit to at least 3 months of training plan. If a 3-month commitment isn’t possible, I also offer 1-month Kick Start Programs to help clarify your goals, identify challenges, and set a clear direction.

The time you dedicate to training depends on your lifestyle and priorities. Success isn’t about the number of hours you train but about finding a routine that fits seamlessly into your life. I work with clients training anywhere from 3–4 hours to 10–12 hours a week, and both achieve great results. It’s about consistency and balance, not sacrificing other important aspects of your life.

I’m Unfit and Not 100% Ready, but I Want to Change. What Should I Do?

Your current fitness level doesn’t matter—what matters is your willingness to begin. With the right guidance and support, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.

What If I Travel Often and Have a Busy Schedule with Little Time to Train?

My program is designed for people with demanding lifestyles. Using a state-of-the-art training system, I provide effective workouts, ongoing support, and guidance to fit your schedule—even if you’re frequently traveling or have limited time.

I offer simple, do-anywhere workouts that require minimal or no equipment and take just a few minutes a day.

Online training is time-efficient, flexible, and accessible anywhere, anytime. Your training plans are tailored to your travel and work schedules, ensuring you can integrate fitness seamlessly into your busy life.

How Much Does Online Training Cost?

Online fitness training is more cost-effective than in-person training, which can cost $700–$1,000+ per month due to gym overheads. My coaching program ranges from €180 to €400 per month, depending on the package and services you choose.

Billing occurs monthy, with payments made securely via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Do You Offer a Hold Period or Account Suspension?

Yes, you can request to suspend your account if you’ll be unable to train for at least two weeks. Written notice must be sent to andy@gfitness.eu at least two weeks in advance. The missed time will be credited to the end of your package. Each client is allowed one 2-week hold period for every 3 months of training.

Do You Offer a Hold Period or Account Suspension?

Online coaching can be canceled anytime with a two-week notice. Please inform me at least two weeks before your package period ends to ensure cancellation is processed.

For 3-month plans, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancel within the first 2 weeks: 75% refund.

  • Cancel between 3–4 weeks: 50% refund.

  • Cancel between 5–6 weeks: 25% refund.

  • After 7 weeks: No refunds are available
